Les Gourmandises d'Aliénor, an artisanal chocolate factory in the Arcachon Bay in Teste-de-Buch, offers a whole range of so-called traditional French chocolates.
All year round, the guided tour of the manufacturing workshop allows you to unlock the secrets of chocolate, from its discovery by the Conquistadors in 1492 to its cultivation around the tropical belt in America, Africa and Asia.
