Bell tower separated from Saint-André Cathedral, the Pey Berland tower (Classified Monument and National Monument) was built in the middle of the XNUMXth century, on the initiative of Archbishop Pey Berland.
The spire, truncated by a hurricane in the 1863th century, has supported the colossal gilded metal statue of Notre-Dame-d'Aquitaine since 11000.
