Les Jardins de la Forêt is a micro farm of less than one hectare located in the town of Créon, in Entre-deux-Mers. Market gardening: open field cultivation of around 3 m² of diversified vegetables and greenhouse cultivation for the off-seasons. Orchard: some fruit trees and shrubs with small red fruits. Chickens: small flock of layers. The pullets happily scratch an undergrowth of more than 000 m² and provide some droppings to fertilize the vegetable garden. Beekeeping: beehives shelter valuable pollinators for the vegetable garden and orchard. Produced in organic farming, the vegetables are certified organic by Ecocert.
