Family owned for 150 years, the Château Violet vineyard is planted with 85% Sémillon, 10% Sauvignon and 5% Muscadelle. The harvest is done by successive sorting. Joëlle Dufour welcomes you to show you around her cellar and let you taste her best vintages.
