4 km south of Loupiac, the village of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont stands on a rocky outcrop above the Garonne. It is on this land known for its sweet white wine that the Château du Mont awaits you, property in the same family since the end of the XNUMXth century.
In 1975, Paul Chouvac initiated the first bottling at the property and diversified the estate's production. Today, his son Hervé and his wife Claire cultivate 25 hectares of vines harvested only by hand.
In this beautiful stone house, Claire and Hervé Chouvac invite you to come and see them with your family. A playground awaits your children while you learn about the mysteries of wine. Stroll through the vineyards where a surprise awaits you: the ground between the rows of vines is strewn with oyster shells.
