Château Haut-Colombier is located on one of the highest hills in Blayais, a stone's throw from the Gironde estuary, a true climate regulator.
Winegrowers for five generations, Emmanuel and Olivier bring their dynamism and their entrepreneurial spirit to the property. They experience Wine as an Adventure: "we are heirs to a long family history and we like to 'play' between tradition and innovation". We work with the constant concern to produce wines that best express our terroir. We are in organic farming.
