Celebrated Japanese chef Masaharu Morimoto opens his first European restaurant, Morimoto Bordeaux, blending Asian culinary art with Western flavors to offer a vibrant selection of dishes.
Introducing local French ingredients to some of Chef Morimoto's favorite recipes for an eclectic take on Japanese cuisine, the cuisine will be complemented by an exclusive wine and sake menu which can be enjoyed al fresco on the 200m² patio, at restaurant or around our magnificent sushi counter facing the open kitchen. Live music from beloved local musicians and acclaimed DJs will create an atmosphere that will transport guests from day to night.
