The Bassin d'Arcachon is the largest oyster breeding center in Europe. On board the boat, you cross the oyster beds along the bird island. During a stopover, you visit on foot the most beautiful oyster beds on the Cap Ferret peninsula. Located a stone's throw from the landing stage, the students enter the middle of the oyster farming facilities to discover all the secrets of this fascinating profession.
