October 5 and 6 take place european migration days. Wondering what it is? Well, for more than 25 years and every first weekend of October, the BirdLife International collective has been organizing events that highlight the phenomenon of migration.
With us, in Gironde, it happens at Cap Ferret. Ornithologists will be present to guide you and answer all your questions. You will be unbeatable on the subject at the end of the weekend, we guarantee it! For 2 days you will be able to discover migratory birds through activities, conferences, observation points, exhibitions...
With family or friends, bird lovers or nature lovers, you can come at the first light of the sun to the tip of Cap Ferret to discover (or rediscover) migratory birds. Two nature outings, at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., will be offered to you (and it's free, yes yes). In the afternoon, you can test your knowledge around several games.
