Then, head to the galleries and underground cellars at a depth of 17 meters to learn about the traditional method of making Crémant de Bordeaux from Les Cordeliers. A practice that has now been sublimated, which has enabled Les Cordeliers to offer both a magical place and a unique sparkling wine.
