The very essence of my work consists in transmitting my choices, often stemming from encounters, discoveries, men, women, terroirs, universes, stories. We do not drink labels, names or brands. The vintages are different, and the wines I offer take into account natural elements, climatic conditions, the whole ecosystem. All the wines have been tasted and validated beforehand.
At C' du Vin, we value men, workers of the land, their intentions and their proposals.
I am looking for "the" cuvée that will correspond to everyone according to their way of life, eating, cooking and the pleasure expected from the bottle.
