From July 11 to 14, jump is Jumping at the citadel of Blaye.
The picnic is in the bag, the water bottles in the cooler and the hats on the head, on the way to the Citadel of Blaye! As soon as you arrive, a unique spectacle awaits you: in the heart of the moat, more than 150 riders and 400 horses challenge the course in turn. The obstacles follow one another, we get caught up in the game and we vibrate with each jump.
The competition, which brings together riders from all over the world and of all levels, will award around fifteen prizes this year.
To take a break from the competition, there's nothing like a lunch in the heart of the building facing the Estuary. In picnic or restaurant mode, you will inevitably find what you are looking for.
Before leaving to admire the mounts, a walk in the alleys of the citadel is a must, believe us!
Finally, at nightfall the citadel is adorned with lights and illuminates the last competitors. Then take your place in the streets of the city to admire the fireworks of July 14th.
