This pretty walk around Lussac will make you discover the Lussac-Saint-Émilion appellation as well as its natural and architectural heritage.
Your itinerary
1
Step 1
From the church square, turn left onto avenue Gambetta then walk to the college. Bypass the college on the right following the direction “Menhir de Picampeau”. Continue straight (yellow-green beacon) to reach the Menhir de Picampeau on the left.

Step 2
At the end, turn left. Go down the road and continue the path which goes to the right following the trees. Walk along these trees, continuing straight ahead. Turn right into the path between the vines. Continue straight, then turn left, right and finally left to join the path that will take you to the D122 road.

Step 3
At the crossroads, turn right. Continue a few meters in this direction, along the D122. Then take the path on the left leading to Ch. Bellevue. At the end of the path, facing the castle, turn left.

Step 4
Continue in this direction following the tarmac path which slants to the right. At the crossroads, turn right and continue on the path until you reach the D22. At the stop sign, cross the D22. Continue opposite on the path that will take you to the junction with the D17.

Step 5
Cross the road, turn left, then take the path through the vineyards on your right (follow “Boucle des celtes / Lussac”). At the end, continue between the vines on the left and continue straight. At the end, turn right and walk along the vines. Follow the grassy path to the left. Join a paved road on the right. Leave this path using the first left (green marker). Continue straight to the end of the path, opposite one of the entrance gates of Ch. La Tour Ségur.

Step 6
Facing the gate, turn left and continue on this road until the next crossing. Then turn right (green beacon). Continue on this path until it joins a “Stop” sign at the junction with the D122. Cross the departmental road then continue on the path opposite until the next crossing.

Step 7
Turn right. Then take the first right and continue in that direction. At the D21, continue to the right. Continue straight then take the next path on your right towards Ch. Pichon.

Step 8
Continue on this path then take the first paved road on the left. Continue straight ahead until you reach the D122.

Step 9
Take a left. Continue straight then take the next paved road on the right. Cross the parcel of vines by taking the dirt road on your right. At the end of the path, turn left, then take the second dirt road to the left. At the end, continue to the right, continue straight along the Ch. de Lussac. Join the D122 and the village on your left.
