Le-Pian-sur-Garonne local loop

Park along the secondary road which goes up to Le Pian-sur-Garonne, in front of the church. Go up the departmental road then take the road which goes down on your left. It faces the church. After 350m, take the road on your left. Follow it for almost 1 km then turn right.

Continue straight ahead, the road will become a path that will take you to the heart of the vineyards. Once on the road, turn left and go up towards the place called Bel-Air. At the top, enjoy the panorama then continue straight. Take the road which goes down then, in the bend, go straight towards the parcels of vines which overhang the valley of the Garonne.

Go up for 150m before turning left and immediately right. Continue your ascent and enjoy an exceptional view of the Garonne valley, the hillsides, Langon and Saint-Macaire. Continue your walk going straight, you go down to the road. Walk 100m on the road then, at the crossroads, turn right. Cross the subdivision and continue straight until you find the departmental road which goes up to Le Pian-sur-Garonne. You have traveled 4km350.

Cross the departmental road being very careful and take the first left. Walk 750m then continue in the same direction through the vineyards. Follow the markings and go up to the road.

Once on the road, take a left and continue in that direction until you reach the waterhole and the picnic area. You then reach the church, the end point of your walk!
