The “Villa Bontemps” is a typical Gironde bourgeois building from the end of the 19th century. It is located in the center of Saint-André-de-Cubzac, a small town in northern Gironde, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards. Surrounded by a large garden, it is divided into 4 apartments.
You will enjoy staying there, but also visiting the greatest sites of the Gironde which are on its doorstep: Blaye and its citadel (20 minutes away), Bordeaux, the world capital of wine which has an exceptional historical heritage, now classified in the world heritage by UNESCO (10 minutes from the tram stop, which allows you to walk in peace in the city) and the city of Saint-Emilion.
