Flip flop world championship

You are not dreaming, the event does indeed exist in Gironde, in Lacanau. It's a unique meeting!
This test is practiced in pairs. Thus, every year since 2003, about fifty teams divided into Junior (under 15 years old) and Senior categories, have tried to break the flip-flop throwing record. The principle is simple, or almost: the first player throws the flip-flop with his foot, the second receives it without it reaching the ground. In 2015, the records for both categories were broken: 32,38 m and 39,56 m. FYI, the flip-flop must weigh a maximum of 225 grams.
