Pauillac celebrates lamb and invites you to this traditional and unmissable event. Many activities await you. Under the sponsorship of Stéphane Carrade, with the exceptional presence of Simon Verger, best worker in France, chef Baptiste Gournay and the Académie de Gourmandise.
Saturday: upcoming program
Sunday: 11:30 a.m. transhumance departing from the quays for a blessing of the herd on the church square at 12 p.m. Artisanal and gourmet market; demonstration of Basque Force Elgarrekin; Carabat'souk and its Brazilian dancers; Batterie la Pauillacaise and the musicians of Pullach; Waders Lous Tchancayres Pourgins; Raffle, ; Restoration and refreshments on site.
