In 1996, the cellar acquired a second, very modern cellar, built around gravity to handle the grapes as little as possible and thus preserve their qualities and taste potential as much as possible.
A semi-buried barrel cellar with a capacity of 800 m² was built on the same occasion to produce wines for aging in Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur.
Les Peyrières also benefits from a recent thermovinification installation making it possible to obtain delicious and modern wines. The combination of the advantages of modern techniques and traditional practices raises the wines to the very forefront of quality in the region. Committed winery, it is particularly involved in numerous environmental initiatives: Sustainable Agriculture, AgriConfiance® Certification, Organic Agriculture, 3D Approach (sustainable development).
