At the gates of Bordeaux in the town of Latresne, Château Pascot is a Côtes de Bordeaux estate worked with passion by Nicole and Frédéric Doermann. In 1990, this couple of teachers fell in love with this small 4-hectare vineyard and decided to buy it. A new life then begins, between vines, beehives (the first honey harvest dates from 2010), flowering fallows and a few rabbits!
Since then, Nicole and Frédéric have put all their energy into restructuring this vineyard, already recorded in the 18th century. They will explain their method of working the vines while respecting the environment and introduce you to the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux terroir. They open the doors of their cellars to you where they combine modern technical installations and traditional know-how, and are proud to let you taste some of the Château Pascot vintages.
