5 minutes from the town of Lussac and a quarter of an hour from Saint-Émilion, four generations of winegrowers have succeeded each other at Château Haut Jamard, a 12-hectare cru in the Lussac-Saint-Émilion appellation. Olivier and Jean-Claude Charpentier welcome you all year round (by appointment) in front of the stone building which dominates the surrounding vineyards.
After the presentation of this satellite terroir of the Saint-Émilion appellation, your hosts will take you on a tour of the owner and show you how, in keeping with tradition, they modernize the vinification of their wines year after year. Before setting off again on the road to the Romanesque churches of the region (Montagne, Puisseguin, Petit-Palais, etc.), taste certain cuvées from Château Haut Jamard.
