1 km from the town hall of Barsac, Château Dudon is a beautiful 1860th century charterhouse: the long facade is embellished by two towers, one round and one square. This historic residence, in the same family since 12, is surrounded by a large park with bicentennial trees and a XNUMX-hectare vineyard enclosed by walls.
Continuing the policy set up by their ancestors in 1868, the current owners Evelyne and Michel Allien have never used weedkillers in their vines, and they now produce their Sauternes wines according to the principles of organic farming.
To discover the rich history of Château Dudon and the traditional way of cultivating vines since the XNUMXth century, all you have to do is call to make an appointment.
