Acquired in 1870 by his great-grandparents in the commune of Ordonnac, in the heart of the Médoc, the estate has grown from 3 to 21 hectares today.
During your visit, all the ingredients involved in the delicate production of wine are discussed, from the choice of grape variety to the breeding, including the quality of the soil and the vinification. Between maceration and aeration, your guide answers all your questions to enlighten you on these crucial steps. After tasting a Cru Bourgeois vintage from Château de la Croix, you are definitely won over.
