Château Brulesécaille owes its name to the Latin "secare" which means to cut, quite a symbol in this wine-growing area of ​​Haute Gironde where the Recapet family has been pruning the vines since 1924! In 1974, Pierre Recapet handed over the reins of the estate to his daughter Martine and his son-in-law Jacques Rodet, who welcome you to their beautiful Gironde residence located in Tauriac.
At the heart of this renowned vineyard of the Côtes de Bourg appellation, admire the ideal structure of this 26-hectare estate which fits into a square of 500 meters on each side in the center of which are established the farm buildings. Visit the winemaking and aging cellars, then taste a few vintages facing the vineyard while listening to the advice of a professional. A new stopover tempts you? The Citadel of Blaye, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, opens its doors to you 18 km from Château Brulesécaille.
