The castle of Rauzan built from the years 1310-1350 was completed and remodeled in the 1993th and XNUMXth centuries. Access to the fortress surrounded by walls by a bridge. The keep, the most spectacular element, is a purely defensive tower with four floors, two vaulted and served by a screw. The adjoining dwelling was remodeled in the XNUMXth century, as evidenced by the large casement windows. A large spiral staircase was built in the XNUMXth century serving two floors. It ends with a beautiful palm tree arch. In the XNUMXth century, large fireplaces embellished the dwelling, the upper room of which communicates with the watchtowers and the walkway. Ruined since the XNUMXth century, the fortress has been restored for several years, thus reinforcing its attractiveness. Castle listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments (XNUMX).
