In the heart of Haute Gironde, 30 kilometers from the citadel of Blaye fortified by Vauban and the Gironde estuary, Marsas is part of the Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux appellation area. In the center of the village, a column surmounted by a virgin is located at the crossroads of two old important paths, one of which was probably a road to Santiago de Compostela.
Stop off at this area before heading out to meet the many winegrowers in the region who open their doors wide to you for visits and tastings.
