Cap à l'quilibre is an association dedicated to well-being, gentle practices and the environment which offers regular yoga classes, Yinyoga and yogaflow, in the multipurpose room at Cap Ferret but also courses and Master classes, workshops! On sunny days, yoga classes are held outdoors, on Mimbeau beach.

Classes in the Sesostris room at Cap Ferret: €15/1 class, €70/5 classes, €140/10 classes
Yoga on the beach: €15/class
