Montaut beach is located at the entrance to Maubuisson resort, slightly away from the town centre.
This beautiful beach of fine sand is bordered by an alley of maritime pines, a pedestrian promenade and a cycle path. Ideal for real moments of relaxation!
With supervised swimming, children can have fun in complete safety. After a beach session, stroll along the pedestrian promenade, in the shade of the trees to reach the center of Maubuisson and enjoy an ice cream. It is possible to park in one of the car parks along the road or to come by bike using the cycle paths.
Montaut beach is located on the shores of Lac de Carcans Hourtin, the largest natural freshwater lake in France, a fragile area to be respected in all circumstances. Animals are not accepted on the beach during the summer period.
