The beach of Saint Nicolas is a magnificent natural ocean beach which is located at the tip of the Médoc. It has a wooded area behind the dune which allows parking, and which is also equipped with picnic tables. To get there by bike, just take the Vélodyssée, the beach is accessible on foot about 450 meters from the track.
An ideal place to try your hand at surfing and bodyboarding, it's also a great picnic spot: dinner at sunset with a view of the Cordouan Lighthouse, it's hard to find a prettier spot! On the other hand, you have to bring your provisions, because there are no shops nearby, you will be immersed in nature!
The beach is accessible to naturists and textiles.
Animals are not accepted on the beach in summer, refer to the regulations displayed at the entrance to the beach.
