Direct sale: Wednesday between 17 p.m. and 19 p.m. and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. (other days by appointment).
The Beauséjour cheese dairy produces “Gouda” type tommes in an artisanal way: goat or cow gouda (plain, with cumin, fenugreek...).
100 meters from our cheese factory we raise pink pigs, in large groups on straw and fed with whey from our cheese factory as well as food based on corn from the South-West (pâté, cold meats, confits, rillettes... ).
