Property in the heart of a wine-growing clearing with an agroforestry project under construction since 2019. Organic farming has also made it possible to develop a beekeeping activity since spring 2021 with honey available for sale from summer 2022.
The name “de Sauvage” comes from the Charlet de Sauvage family, from which his mother Vincent Dubourg descended. The term wild comes from the Latin silvatica, meaning forest, which gives a double meaning to the name since the vines are precisely surrounded by woods of acacias, chestnuts, oaks and pines.
