Discover the Bassin d'Arcachon by bike

A true cycling destination with more than 220 km of cycle paths and multiple bike rental points, discover the Basin differently!
Our favourite: The Tour du Bassin by bike (77 kilometres); a multitude of landscapes crossing the 10 communes of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Take the boat from Lège-Cap Ferret to reach Arcachon. Arriving at Arcachon station by train or TGV allows you to begin your cycling journey as soon as you get off the train!!

Discover Blaye Bourg Lands of the estuary by bike

Here, the cycle loops cross the old villages, cross the vineyards and the forests, or skirt the estuary of the Gironde. We gladly stop for a nature break in the ornithological reserve of Terres d'Oiseaux! And on the heritage side, there is so much to see : UNESCO Citadel, prehistoric cave, Gallo-Roman villa, medieval village nestled on a cliff…
Our favourite: “The road to the flowered corniche” which connects Blaye to Bourg is a must. You ride between cliffs and troglodyte dwellings and their gardens (mostly with squares).

Discover Entre-deux-Mers by bike

Entre-deux-Mers is such a fan of cycling that the territory even offers “cycling holidays”, a selection of accommodation for all those who need a well-deserved rest. L'Entre-deux-Mers region, it is also the famous Roger Lapébie track, for a perfect route between vineyards, forests and bastides.
Our favourite: the Créon Bike Station, where you can rent hybrid bikes, electric bikes, tandems, tricycles, handbikes, trailers, etc., for half a day or a week, and gives you advice along the way. advised.

Discover the Grand Libournais by bike

Want to explore the vineyards of Saint-Emilion by bike? Gironde Tourisme has concocted two “Cycling through the vineyards of Bordeaux” routes for you. You can choose the Grands Crus Classés loop and/or the remarkable architecture loop.
Our favourite: In the Libournais, cycling is sacred! 3 cycle routes cover the area: the Scandibérique, the Voie Verte de la Vallée de l'Isle and the Roger Lapébie trail. And for adventurers, know that there is cycling on rails and even cycling on water! Something to surprise your tribe!

In the Médoc, you can adopt several styles of bike rides, along the dunes, in the heart of the forests or around the lakes: mountain biking, fat bikes and triathlon circuits await the most athletic... or the most daring.
