By bike from the Bordeaux vineyards to the castles of Dordogne

This cycling holiday takes you on a discovery of the varied landscapes of the South-West. Departing from Bordeaux, a city listed as a UNESCO heritage site, you will leave the city to return to the calm of the countryside along the Garonne. This tour will first take you to discover Saint-Emilion, a charming medieval town surrounded by prestigious wine estates for which it is famous. By bike, you will then follow the banks of the Dordogne, discovering authentic bastides such as Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. You will then return to the heart of the Périgord Noir and its prehistoric treasures, including the unmissable famous cave of Lascaux. The last stage of this stay is Sarlat, a small historic city which will seduce you with its architectural heritage and its gastronomy.
