When the central beach is a little too crowded for your taste, go to the South beach of Lacanau! To get there, it is possible to park in a parking lot set back a little, or come by bike, that's also holidays! Access to the beach is via a crossing over the dune, equipped with duckboards. There is also a pedestrian promenade along the beach, allowing direct access to the South beach from the Central beach, over a distance of approximately 600 meters.
This supervised beach allows everyone to have fun without worries. For better comfort, several facilities, such as toilets and a large bike park, are available.
Animals are not accepted on the beach during the summer period.
