Blue loop of Saint-Aubin-de-Branne

The loop starts from the town hall car park. Take the small street along the wall, opposite the town hall car park (fire hydrant). On the left, observe the Château de l'Heyrisson from the 16th century. At the stop sign, cross the road and take the path opposite, between the vineyards, until you reach a junction in the woods.

Take a right at the arrow rack. At the exit of the woods, turn right and follow the path which starts between the vineyards, until you reach the tarmac road. Follow it to the right, leave a path on the left and arrive at a second, a few meters before a crow's foot.

Turn left to take the avenue of vines. At the cross path, stay right and follow the woods, taking the limestone path on your left.

Continue on the latter, then go straight to the banks of the Dordogne to admire the view.

Retrace your steps to the crossroads, at the corner of the woods.

Turn left and follow the limestone path until you reach the tarmac road. Continue straight on this, do the same at the next intersection then, at the right bend in the road, take the limestone path opposite, up to the hamlet of Le Pin. Continue along the grassy path until the junction, a few meters after the house.

Turn right and go forward until you reach the asphalt road.

Turn left and follow the road until you return to your starting point
