Loop Latresne/ Cénac/ Camblanes and Meynac

Leave the Salargue car park, turn right on rue de Salargue, walk along the tennis courts to rue de Maucoulet, go right

Take the cycle path to the left then follow it to the Etang des Sources car park

At the car park, leave the track and turn right onto Allée de Bernadotte. On the bend, take the path to the right which goes into the woods. Keep left at the intersection in the woods then go straight

Exiting the wood, go right then right again route de Cénac. Then turn left

Turn right at chemin de Louqueyre. At the intersection go left. Exit on Chemin de Gardeloup and turn right

At the crow's feet, turn left, then at the end of the path go left to Chemin des Menuts

At the next bridle (bend) stay on the left path between the houses. At the intersection take Chemin du Jonc opposite then straight ahead

At the T-junction turn left then right. Follow the path that leads to the stadium then exit via the Allée Adrien Bedin to join the D14

Turn left on the D14 then take the first road on the left. At the first intersection continue straight, at the second turn left then immediately right

At the intersection, turn left onto Avenue de Moutille. Always straight on to Cénac

At the 2nd roundabout, go straight and take the grass path directly on the right. At the intersection continue straight on the path under the trees

At the end of the path, turn left then right on the Allée de Lamothe. Continue straight ahead to go down to the Sources pond

Pond car park, turn left at the stop sign on Chemin de Lamothe. At the crow's feet, turn left rue de l'Eglise

At the level of the church go left chemin de l'Estey and continue straight until Latresne At the intersection cross towards the town hall square then right rue de Salargue to reach the start.
