The apartment is located in the center of Andernos, close to services, the covered market, the Broustic park, the oyster port, the Jetty, the Basin, the sailing school, the cycle path, or , everything on foot! The beach is only 200 meters away. The added benefit is that it is set back from the street. The accommodation is completely new on the 2nd and last floor with elevator (accessible to people with reduced mobility). The balcony offers a nice view of the interior landscaped garden and the surrounding greenery.
