The cellar of Grezeaux

At the gates of the city of Bordeaux, in the commune of Yvrac, the Chai des Grezeaux is part of a particularly calm and pleasant hamlet and is located in the vineyard of the Pestoury family, within the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. This single-storey house, facing south, is the oldest in the hamlet and represents the typical historic habitat of winegrowers. Its large wooded park and its fruit garden are ideal for enjoying a convivial meal under the bicentenary lime trees. Inside, the house has new equipment for the house, a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen and three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a 160 bed and a bedroom with two twin beds. 90.
