Located in the immediate vicinity of the owners, you have a small plot of land with a covered terrace and barbecue. The entire ground floor has been designed and fitted out to accommodate people with reduced mobility. It consists of a living room with kitchen, a dining and relaxation area with a corner sofa, a bedroom (140 cm bed) and a large bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 3 single beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
