It was Bernard Pestoury's father who boosted wine production. He will develop the “Château Haut-Greyzeau” brand and sales to private customers. Having grown up right in the middle of the estate, Bernard (4th generation winegrower) caught the virus of the vine. He completed his field training with a diploma in oenology from the Faculty of Oenology in Bordeaux and a professional career with several renowned properties and wine merchants in the Bordeaux region.
