40 km northwest of Bordeaux between Castelnau-de-Médoc and Carcans, Florence and Hervé Gaillard welcome you to Ferme de Noune, a typical Médoc farm in the middle of the pine forest. Specializing in the breeding of snails and the production of asparagus and strawberries in season, they invite you to discover the different phases of breeding a snail, from reproduction to transformation into delicious dishes cooked in a approved laboratory.
You can then buy all the products from Ferme de la Noune on site, in particular canned and cooked meals made from snails (large and small gray), jams as well as white asparagus (fresh and canned).
