40 km from Bordeaux and 2 km from the center of Barsac, the Dufour family welcomes you to Château Simon, a family property for 5 generations. Over the decades, the estate has gradually grown, it now covers 38 hectares spread over the municipalities of Barsac, Preignac, Pujols-sur-Ciron and Budos, resulting in a diversity of terroirs and wines. (AOC Bordeaux, Graves and Barsac-Sauternes).
Your visit begins with the discovery of the vineyard which comes to the gates of the castle. You then enter the wine cellar, where you will be explained the process of aging the wines. After a passage in the aging cellar, comes the time of the tasting, a convivial moment during which you can discuss with the owner of Château Simon.
