Olivier Castle

Located in the heart of a vast wooded area, Château Olivier, a former seigneury, emerges from its woods as if in a clearing. The estate has belonged to the Bethmann family since the 19th century.
The wine of Château Olivier was classified in 1953, both in red and in white. On 60 hectares of gravel soil on a clay-limestone base, six different grape varieties are grown there. The wines, widely distributed throughout the world by the Bordeaux merchants, are very great wines for laying down.
