The story begins with a crush. In 1965, Marc Pagès and two of his friends bought the Château la Tour de By. But Marc Pagès dreamed of a castle of his own, in 1983 he fell under the spell of Château Noaillac and took charge of it with his son: Xavier. Drawing on his brilliant past as a physicist, he undertook to replant the entire estate: from the initial 2 hectares, the property increased to 48 hectares. Through hard work, Marc and Xavier revived an estate that had hitherto been in decline, thus elevating it to the rank of cru bourgeois. But the story of this family saga does not end there…
After Marc and Xavier, Damien arrived on the estate in 2004: the third generation of Pagès.
