15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, in the small village of Puisseguin, discover Château Fleur de Roques: an estate housing a XNUMXth century castle, a hotel and a restaurant.
The wine property has 4 hectares of vines and produces 3 three wines from the following grape varieties: Merlot, Sauvignon and Chardonnay. This clay-limestone terroir benefits from working without herbicides or synthetic pesticides.
A visit to the property will take you into the monolithic cellars located 7 meters below the Château. Today, they are used to age the wines, which are harvested by hand before being aged in barrels.
