Piis Mill

The Piis Mill, probably built in the 1930th century on a feudal mound, is a former fortified flour mill. It ceased operation in the 1947s, served as a tobacco drying shed until 1990, and was then abandoned. In the 1999s, the commune of Bassanne purchased the site. In XNUMX, the Friends of the Piis Mill association was created to undertake its restoration and ensure its development. Today, the mill is maintained by the association's volunteers, who organize tours and activities.
