The pioneers of surfing.
Located at the Maison de la Glisse, right on the water and overlooking the beach, the Lacanau Surf Club was created in 1968 by surfing pioneers. Today, it is the largest club in France. The "LSC", as the locals say, offers several options to introduce you to or improve your skills in the pleasures of surfing. It is more than just a discipline that we teach you, it is a way of life in its own right, in harmony with the ocean.
Several options allow you to get started, from the age of 5 with the "Jardin des Vagues": a fun way to learn how to glide and surf. From beginner to intermediate level or advanced with specific equipment, the Lacanau Surf Club knows how to meet your needs.
All the necessary comfort is at your disposal: changing rooms, hot showers and secure boxes.
